A few years ago my dear friend Danny introduced my to a wonderful woman on the Cape that handcrafts the most beautiful pieces of art from wood. She is the person who handcarves my large whales and now I am thrilled to include her fabulous charcuterie boards. Made from solid teak and treated with food grade mineral oil, the hand of this board is softer than silk. The Cape silhouette "pocket" is the perect gather place for nuts and dried fruit.
