We have a crock next to the stove filled with utensils. All of the utensils are either metal or wood which feels more sculptural than utilitarian. Of course I have some silicone ones tucked in the drawer, but I love seeing the shine of stainless steel next to the warmth of worn shades of wood.
I have a few whale tails and fish fins sticking out, ready to be put to use. This set can be used together or on their own and will age well over time.
