I am one of "those" people that believes "Everything happens for a reason". This summer a customer from the South Shore of Massachusetts ordered a Papa Lobster. During a brief conversation she mentioned her son Jack's awarness team was named "Team Blue Lobster" which raises awareness for those with Williams Syndrome. Sally told me that she had chosen the name because "blue lobsters are rare, just like those with Williams Syndrome". I had never heard of Williams Syndrome before, so after a quick online search I knew our "meeting" was meant to be. Clearly I have a soft spot for blue lobsters and more importantly those navigating waters that aren't always calm.
