A few days ago I came apon this whale bank at an antique store. It sat on a shelf and looked sad to me, lonely and I just didn't have the heart to leave him there. I asked the woman at the desk if she could do any better on the price as I cradled him like a newborn in my hands, and she said "No". I told her I would still take him, knowing well that there was no profit to be made off this sweet whale, just a better life for him. So with that said, I am selling him for what I paid, $45, no profit, he just needs a loving home. While in foster care, he will live in my dining room alongside other sea creatures I have aquired over the years, mostly from Anthropologie. (I do sell the whale S & P shakers on the same shelf should you be interested).
