Bartholomew's Nantucket Island Spice

Two of my dearest friends, Chris and Danny are fortunate to call Nantucket home.  Danny is an avid cook and appreciates simple, delicious flavors.  When we first chatted about me opening the store on the Cape he said "You have to get Bartholomew's Spice, it's the best!" Since then I have grown to love this incredibly unique blend of spices that elevates everything from scrambled eggs to tacos to fish.  Bart graciously agreed to have me sell his treasured spices, and for that I am honored.  Chris and Danny schlepp it over on the ferry for me, that's how much they love it (and me).

35 years ago, Chef Bartholomew developed this spice mix to give his food a unique flavor signature. Starting with basic spices, he added multiple vegetable powders and creative herbs such as summer savory, and exotic spices like saffron, resulting in a 65-ingredient blend.
