Fish Cast Iron Grill Pan

We grill outdoors all year long, even in the dead of winter, shoveling a path to the grill.  We enjoy grilling fish on a cedar plank, but there's nothing worse than not remembering to soak the plank hours in advance.  Enter this grill pan, with zero prep and better yet, it does double duty as a serving tray.  So long cedar, sorry.

• Pre-seasoned, just add a small amount of vegetable oil to avoid sticking
