Hope Your New Neighbors Don't Suck

The house depicts on the snarky card reminds me of my grandparent's house in Lincoln Massachusetts.  They had wonderful neighbors, to the left a lovely woman who reminded me of Katherine Hepburn in the way she dressed and spoke, including the shaking of her head that if I wasn't careful I would unknowingly mimic while talking to her.  Hey I was like seven.
