My grandparent's tea towels had a much different to them than most you find today. Granted one of my grandmothers insisted in ironing everything with starch to the point you could barely bend things. These natural cotton/linen towels are a throwback to those towels. This pattern would have lined a picnic basket on my grandparent's ketch with the nautical knot motif and the quality means they can be handed down to your grandkids.
