Swedish dishcloths are a great alternative to traditional sponges and paper towels. Each dishcloths absorbs at least 20 lbs its weight, replacing 17 rolls of paper towels. They can be washed over 200 times in either the dishwasher or washing machine and can be sterilized in the microwave or by placing in boiling water. I love that they aren't a harbor for bacteria like most sponges.
